We are writing a cookbook reflecting the evolution of Edmonton over the past century.

We want your involvement!

We want recipes from you, your parents, grandparents and great grandparents that reflect your community either now or in the past. Tim Marriott, local historical presenter and Clare Mullen, writer and filmmaker are writing a cookbook based on Edmonton communities. The dinner table has always been a place where people and cultures come together to celebrate. We presume that as Edmonton became more diverse a greater diversity of menu items has shown up in these family and community celebrations.
